Are the prices including or excluding VAT?
All listed prices are excluding 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
What is the difference between a session and a project?
A session is booked per hour for advice, analysis or training — you only pay for the time. A project is a concrete development effort with features, a fixed day rate and a clear quote upfront.
What is included in the free consultation?
30 minutes online video call: analysis of your situation, identification of quick wins, and a rough estimate of value and costs. You will also receive a concrete follow-up proposal.
How does the day rate work for projects?
Each feature has a fixed estimate in days. You compose your project in the app and see the total price immediately. With vibe coding, features are delivered up to 4× faster.
How does payment work?
Sessions: payment after completion. Projects: 50% deposit at the start, 50% upon delivery. Payment term is 14 days.
Do you also work remotely?
Yes, sessions and projects can be carried out entirely remotely. For local clients in the Flemish Ardennes, Ghent or Brussels, I am also happy to visit in person if useful.
