We mainly work with SMEs (1-50 employees) that process a lot of administration daily: installation companies, contractors, accountants, traders. Companies that notice they spend too much time on copy-pasting, manually creating invoices or maintaining Excel lists.
Which tools do you use?
That depends on your situation. We work with what you already have (Exact Online, Odoo, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and connect this where needed with tools like Zapier, Make or direct integrations. No unnecessary new software, just smart connections.
How long does a project take?
A quick win (automating one process) is usually done within 1-2 weeks. Larger projects with multiple integrations take 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity and how quickly you can provide feedback.
